Colleen Ann Franks, 67, of East Millsboro, passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2024.
She was born July 8, 1957, in Brownsville, to Martha Petrigash Remington and the late David Remington.
She was employed for many years at Lunden’s Flower Shop.
Colleen loved music, going to the mountains, and enjoyed taking care of her flowers.
Besides her mother, she is survived by her husband, Gary W. Franks; two daughters, Beth Ganis and husband Benjamin, and Jessica Franks; grandson, Lucas Ganis; brother, David Remington; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her sister-in-law, Rebecca Remington; and her loving dog, Sadie.
Services are private and under the care of SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, Brownsville.
