Myra J. Lincoln, 71, of Point Marion, passed away Thursday, December 5, 2024, in the MonHealth Medical Center, Morgantown, W.Va., following a lengthy illness.
She was born April 26, 1953, in Uniontown, a daughter of the late Ralph and Myra Crider Lincoln.
Myra retired after 41 years from the Quality Control Department of Mylan Pharmaceuticals in Morgantown. She was a beloved mother and grandmother who enjoyed baking homemade cookies for the little ones, cooking, and looking after the needs of her family.
Surviving are her two children, Donnie Gillum, Jr. of Point Marion, and Bonnie Provance and husband Curtis of Oriental, N.C.; four grandchildren, Coty Gillum, Bethany Hines (Brian), Alex Provance and Tyler Gillum (Natali); four great-grandchildren, Rory, Mason, Khaleesi and Payton; four brothers, Chuck Lincoln (Wilma), Mark Lincoln, Dave Lincoln, and Roger Lincoln (Sharon); four sisters, Betty Shaffer, Debbie McCune (Buzz), Kathy Stewart (Donny), and Sharlotte Lincoln; and a number of loving nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her loved.
Also deceased are brothers, Abraham, Buddy, Bill, Sonny, Ralph “Gene”, and Tommy; and sisters, Mary, Daisy, Sarah “Sis”, Patty, Janet and “Kite”.
Honoring her wishes, there will be no public services. Arrangements are in the care of the RICHARD R. HEROD FUNERAL HOME, Point Marion.
