Mabel I. Ball Crockett, 92, of Uniontown, passed away Friday, August 2, 2024.
She was born June 21, 1932, in Brownsville, daughter of the late Samuel Ball and Frances Rice Ball.
Mabel, cherished mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, wife, mother-in-law, sister and aunt, was known for her humor, warmth and generosity. She loved expressing her affection through cooking, frequently sharing her table with family and friends.
As a working mother of eight, Mabel was proud of her family and her work at Community Action Southwest. Her hobbies included reading, BINGO, crosswords, traveling and puzzles.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORIES, INC., 80 Morgantown Street, Uniontown. In accordance with Mabel’s wishes there will be no public service.
