Police: Trio took children to burglary

A Fayette County man along with his sister and girlfriend are accused of taking two children with them as they broke into a home and assaulted a woman last Friday.

State police allege that Chris Bailey, 21, and Kacie Bailey, 22, both of Smithfield, and Felecia Campbell, 21 of Brownsville, kicked in the front door of Dorthy Berish无毛视频檚 home in Luzerne Township near midnight and smashed a lamp over the back of her head.

According to police, Berish was able to flee and ran to a neighbor无毛视频檚 house where she called for help. She was taken to the hospital by EMS for injuries including a large gash on the back of her head and a bloody left knee.

Police said Berish told them the fight started because she had told Campbell that she did not want the trio or their children to come to her home because they had been drinking.

The two children of Chris Bailey and Campbell were in the vehicle when the crimes were taking place, court paperwork alleged.

All three were charged with felony burglary while Chris Bailey and Campbell were also charged with aggravated assault. Chris Bailey faces an additional charge of endangering the welfare of a child.

Cambell is being held at the Fayette County jail in lieu of $30,000 bond, while Kacie Bailey无毛视频檚 bond is set at $50,000.

Their preliminary hearings are scheduled on Dec. 30 before District Judge Nathan Henning.
