Located at 5 Westgate Road, the tri-level brick and cedar is for sale at $324,900.
It is listed with SWC Properties in Uniontown.
Owner Mort Opall said he and his wife, Rosalie, were sold on the view when they initially built the 2,268-square-foot house on a corner lot they purchased in 1974.
According to Opall, the house was designed by Uniontown architect Michael Molnar based on a floor plan the couple found in a magazine.
Over the years, the property surrounding the Opalls has turned into a major development.

Opall said the house is for sale because it is no longer functional for the couple as they continue to look for a one-story home to better meet their needs.
The four-bedroom house has a living room/ dining area with a wall of windows that gives the room a feeling of openness.
Adding to that is the vaulted ceilings and ceramic floors.
Corian countertops and walnut cabinets are featured in the eat-in kitchen, while a family room leads out onto the patio.
Opall said there are two full baths and two powder rooms, including one in the finished basement. That powder room could be converted to a full bath.
Opall said the couple has continued to upgrade over years and switched to an electric heat pump that has significantly lowered utility costs.
During the time they have resided in Heritage Hills, the Opalls owned and operated a furniture store in Uniontown started by Mort Opall无毛视频檚 father in 1939.
Opall said the store converted to only selling mattresses shortly before it closed in 2006 when he retired.
