Nate无毛视频檚 Chop House brings downtown steakhouse feel to Canonsburg
In June of 2023, General Manager Tiffany Ciesielski and Executive Chef Jeff Maag made their dream a reality when they opened Nate无毛视频檚 Chop House.
The two had worked together previously at a steakhouse in Pittsburgh but could see a need for bringing the special dining option to the suburbs.
无毛视频淲e were looking to bring a downtown steakhouse feel to the south hills. We have that upscale menu but more of a casual dining feel,无毛视频� said Ciesielski.
Like many, Ciesielski knows families and friends looking for an upscale place to dine, often have to travel to the nearest city.
It无毛视频檚 paired with a longer drive, dressing up, often an evening of entertainment and dining.
无毛视频淲e无毛视频檝e brought that experience to the suburbs. Now, when you have celebrations or would like to go out for the evening, you have that special location around the corner,无毛视频� Ciesielski said.
The restaurant features an outdoor dining space, a large indoor dining space and bar area. They also offer two separate dining rooms for private events.
For those special occasions, they offer off-menu items and a full bar service for guests. In addition, equipment such as screens, projectors, and HDMI cords are available for the family reunion presentation or corporate business meeting.
Most importantly, Ciesielski and Chef Maag are bringing experience.
Chef Maag was born and raised in Colorado and got his start washing dishes.
Eight years later, the self-taught chef was creating his own unique culinary style.
无毛视频淲e无毛视频檙e predominantly a Prime steak house. The Prime is in the top two percent of beef produced in the U.S.,无毛视频� Ciesielski said. 无毛视频淲e work with a lot of local vendors to get the freshest product and Chef Maag has a unique Asian style twist to a lot of his dishes.无毛视频�
He likes to be creative, trying new flavors and adding new options to the menu.
Ciesielski said the miso and ale-marinated Chilean sea bass with secret Szechuan sauce is a popular one or try the Lobster Carbonara with smoked bacon, peas, parmesan and linguine.
Of course, true to their name, guests can try the Prime ribeye, New York strip, center cut filet or wagyu flatiron.
As for Ciesielski, she has been serving as general manager of upscale steakhouse locations in Pittsburgh for many years, utilizing her passion for people and creating a space that everyone feels welcome.
Aside from the fresh ingredients and new and unique items on the menu, it无毛视频檚 the atmosphere that often keeps guests coming back time and time again and exactly what Ciesielski loves to provide.
