The American Red Cross was called to assist seven families after an apartment building caught fire in Connellsville Wednesday night. According to the Fayette County Emergency Management Agency, emergency crews were called at 8:55 p.m. to 314 N. Pittsburgh St. The occupants of the building made it out safely.
